Most attachment products include a manufacturer-backed warranty against manufacturing defects, typically for a minimum of 12 months from the date of sale. However, expendable components and “wear parts” such as blades, knives, teeth, oil, chain sprockets, skid shoes, and similar items are generally excluded from these warranties. Warranties are limited to the original purchaser, and proof of purchase is required.

Products categorized as “demo,” “return,” “resale,” “prototype,” or “closeout” are typically sold as-is and are not covered by warranty. For full details on manufacturer warranties for individual products, please visit the respective manufacturer’s website.

RMA Replacement Product Warranty
If you find physical defects in the materials or the workmanship used in the refurbishment of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) product replacement, we will repair, or at our option replace, the product at no charge to you for a period of 90-days from the date the RMA was created, or until the end of your original warranty period (whichever is greater).
